This 6-week Reformer Pilates course is designed to support clients dealing with non-specific low back pain, tightness, or postural issues. Using the Reformer in-studio and guided mat Pilates at home, we focus on restoring mobility, building strength, and supporting the spine in a gentle, structured way.
Each week targets a different pillar of back health — from spinal decompression and pelvic alignment to deep core connection and functional strength. Whether you’re coming back from injury, tired of chronic stiffness, or just want to feel better in your body, this course offers the support and structure you need.
